Guantanamo Bay detainee Majid Khan plead guilty to terror charges, including conspiring with al-Qaeda, murder and attempted murder.
Since he has plead guilty, his sentencing is capped at 19 years in prison if he cooperates. If he does not cooperate, he could spend up to 25 years in prison. His sentencing has been postponed until 2016.
